Minister - Rev Isaac Mundy
Rev. Isaac was ordained in 2011 and has been our minister at Trenton United Church since 2018. As a husband and father of two he loves spending time outdoors with family and friends. With a strong background in social justice ministries and work with children and youth, Rev. Isaac feels deeply blessed to share in ministry with the compassionate and faithful people of Trenton United Church.
At Trenton United, we follow Christ in building a community where God’s love is made real through welcome, justice and joy. Rooted in the Spirit, we gather across generations to worship with creativity, grow in faith and serve our neighbours with compassion.
We affirm the full participation of all people—including people of every sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, ability, family configuration and economic circumstance—trusting that each of us is God’s beloved. Together, we open our doors wide so all may find belonging, hope and purpose in God’s family.
Vision Statement
Rooted in Christ’s love, God’s Spirit calls us to be a place where compassion overflows, justice is lived out and joy is shared. In worship, outreach and everyday life, we are known as a church where Christ’s welcome is wide and God’s love is made visible. We believe that God’s Spirit speaks through every generation, and especially through our children and youth. Following Christ, we nurture their voices, their leadership and their creativity as vital to the whole Body. Families know us as the church where young people are safe, seen, celebrated and empowered to shape God’s mission now. Our building is alive with activity seven days a week: a sanctuary for worship and music, a community hub for learning and justice and a safe home for the most vulnerable. Here, everyone knows that they are a part of God’s family—fully welcomed and fully needed.
